    亚泰集团是国家重点支持的十二大水泥集团之一，也是东北地区最大的水泥生产基地。近年来，亚泰集团在推进区域水泥行业整合、发展循环经济、振兴东北老工业基地的工作中，发挥了积极的作用，做出了突出的贡献；在建设资源节约型、环境友好型水泥企业方面，探索了一条成功之路，为水泥行业做出了表率和榜样。作为亚泰集团水泥产业发展的见证人，我为其创造的业绩和快速发展深感欣慰和自豪。

    Yatai group is one of the twelve key companies supported by the central government and also the largest cement production base in the northeast region. In recent years, Yatai group has played a positive role and has made outstanding contributions in regional cement industry integration, recycling economy development and the revitalization of the Northeast old industrial base. At the same time Yatai group has explored a successful way to construct a resource-saving and environment-friendly cement enterprise, which has been a model and example for the cement industry. As a witness to the development of Yatai cement industry, I am deeply gratified and proud of the performance and rapid development of Yatai group.

    此次与CRH公司的成功合作，符合“十七大”提出的“扩大开放领域，优化开放结构，提高开放质量，完善内外联动、互利共赢、安全高效的开放型经济体系”的要求，符合国家《水泥工业产业发展政策》，标志着亚泰集团进入了更高更快的发展平台，标志着东北水泥行业整合进入了一个崭新的发展阶段。

    The cooperation between Yatai group and CRH is in accordance with the request of "expand opening up fields, optimize opening up structure, improve opening up quality, improve internal and external interaction, mutual benefit, establish safe and efficient opening economic systems" proposed in the seventeenth (17th) National Congress of the CPC (Communist Party of China) and also complies with the requirements of "national cement industrial development policy", which indicates that Yatai group has entered into a higher and faster development platform, also marks the northeast cement industry integration has entered into a new stage of development.
